Introduction

Nano Banana 2.1 ("Nano Banana 2.1," "we," "us," or "our") provides the website and services available at nano-banana-2-1.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of those services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not bypass safety checks or use the service after access has been suspended.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before publishing or using them, including for privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, and other third-party rights.

AI Models and Third-Party Providers

Nano Banana 2.1 provides access to disclosed Google image models, including the Nano Banana family, and OpenAI GPT Image models. Nano Banana 2.1 requests are processed through Replicate. Models without a configured provider are unavailable. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpectedly similar to existing material. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or safe for every intended use.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
Create or distribute content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy

Subscriptions, Credits, and Refunds

By starting a paid subscription, you expressly authorize recurring charges at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the online billing portal before the next billing date. Canceling stops renewal but does not end the paid period early. Subscription credits are granted monthly, expire after that monthly period, and do not roll over. One-time credit packs expire six calendar months after they are granted. Guest trials and new-user credit grants are currently disabled. Any existing free credits do not expire and remain available until spent. They can be used with Nano Banana 2.1 at 1K or GPT Image 2.5 Flare at 1K Standard and have no cash value.

Stripe processes paid purchases when checkout is enabled. One-time purchase refund requests may be submitted to our support email within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law. Subscription cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; subscription refund rights required by law are not limited by these Terms. For duplicate charges or a payment error, contact support@nano-banana-2-1.com. Taxes may be calculated and added at checkout according to your location.

Free and Paid Usage Rights

You can try image generation or photo editing for free with Nano Banana 2.1 at 1K or GPT Image 2.5 Flare at 1K Standard. Eligible new users can receive welcome credits after verifying their account. Any free usage before registration counts toward the same welcome allowance. Welcome credits are a one-time benefit; they do not refill daily or renew when you sign in again. Your available balance and the cost of each generation are shown in the image editor.

Accounts that have already received welcome credits, made a payment, or redeemed credits are not eligible for another new-account grant. Deleting your account does not make the same email eligible again for one year. Eligible existing free accounts may receive welcome credits once, without also receiving a separate new-account grant. Free access is subject to availability and fair-use limits intended to prevent repeated claims and excessive use.

If generation fails, it does not use up your free trial allowance, and deducted credits are returned. If returned paid credits have just expired, you have 24 hours to use them. If a request is still processing or its result is unclear, check your generation history before trying again.

An active subscription or an unexpired balance of purchased or redeemed credits provides priority processing, additional models and supported 2K/4K output. Work generated while the account has these paid entitlements includes commercial-use rights, even if free credits fund that generation. Later subscription expiry or credit depletion does not revoke that work's existing rights. Work generated with free-only access is limited to personal, non-commercial use. Commercial-use rights do not transfer ownership of third-party material or replace your responsibility to review your inputs, outputs, model-provider terms and applicable law. Paid access does not exempt content from safety rules.

Suspension and Termination

We may block a request, remove content, limit sharing, or suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, protect users or third parties, comply with law, or prevent abuse. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate action. You may appeal a safety or enforcement decision through our contact form.
